TRAIN SMARTER AND HARDER WORKSHOP
2 days | 14 CEUs | intermediate course
This workshop bridges the gap between theory and practice. Participants will gain hands-on experience monitoring training loads, designing session and weekly training plans, and providing training programs to meet the needs of athletes and patients. Presented in a small group setting, the workshop promotes interaction, discussion and Q&A. Whether you are an experienced practitioner or simply want to gain some practical ideas to implement in your clinic, this workshop will help you “build a training program from the ground up”!
THE TRAINING PERFORMANCE PUZZLE WORKSHOP
2 days | 14 CEUs | advanced course
Tim’s advanced workshop offers a deeper dive into the factors that contribute to athlete wellbeing and elite performance. Participants will learn how to develop training programs so that athletes’ skill and physical performance hold up under the pressure and fatigue of competition. Participants will gain hands-on experience with wearable technology used by high performance programs, and also explore the differences in load capacity between adult and adolescent athletes.
