We are excited to announce our first ever webinar series! The Training Injury Prevention Paradox webinar series is perfect for students and seasoned practitioners alike. Divided into three parts over three weeks, the webinars will discuss best practice approaches for training load monitoring. Each webinar will last 90 minutes, with plenty of room for Q&A.

 

 

Week 1: The Acute:Chronic Ratio

Q: I read a lot of the training research but have trouble applying it. Will the webinar be practical?

A: Yes! The Webinars will include heaps of practical tips for your athletes and clients.

 

Q: Will there be time for Q&A in the Webinars?

A: Yes! We will take questions throughout the webinar and integrate them with the content so that everyone can understand the theory discussed in the program.

 

Q: Are the webinars recordings or will they be presented live?

A:  All of the webinars will be live. We will present in three timeslots for each webinar to give access to people all over the world.

 

Q: When does registration close?

A: Registrations will be open until 4 hours prior to the start of the webinar. This means that for Part 1, registrations will be open until 12.00pm AEST on Monday 8th January, 2018.

 

Q: Do I have to register for all 3 webinars?

A: No! The 3 parts of the webinar are linked but you can choose to register for 1 part or all 3.

 

Q: If I miss my webinar, can I attend another?

A: Yes! Contact us and we will register you for a different timeslot.

 

Q: My partner is a physical trainer in the military – is the webinar suitable for him?

A: Absolutely! This webinar is relevant to anyone with a physical component to their job (essentially everyone)!

 

Q: I work with adolescents and don’t have access to expensive equipment. Is the webinar still relevant to me?

A: Yes. Training monitoring and optimal loading can be done without expensive equipment. We’ll provide heaps of practical tips on both!
